Like the shape
I have one looking exactly the same but the plastic seems a little better for the old one.Tags are next to impossible to remove (2 of them )The old one I probably had it for 10 years and sometimes I need a second one

Handy Spatula
Great spatula for flipping eggs one at a time, when one has multiple eggs in one skillet. Cleans easily. Dishwasher safe.

Has it's draw backs
I purchased this about 18 months ago to replace my wife's similar spatula that broke across one of the hole lines. This one is starting the same break, so not bad. It lasted 18 months The drawback as I see it are the holes; both from the break weakness but also from a clean up standpoint. My wife cleans it with scrubber but I started to notice food remaining around the sides, in the holes where the scrubber can't get. This results in me using a small tube-style brush and running it in and out of every hole. Yes, a pain but it gets the food off the spatula. My next one will not have holes.

Not Made is Sweden - Not a Dupe for Berndes brand
17 years ago I bought the most wonderful Swedish spatula by Berndes from a discount store like tjmaxx. I loved the spatula so much I searched to find it online and amazon had it, so I bought 3 more to have as backups. My daughters each took one for college because they loved those spatulas too. I can't find the original anymore and noticed that this looked like a good dupe for it, plus it has great reviews. All I can say is that if you ever had the original, you will be so disappointed in this. First of all it has unusual sharp edges that I'm worried it would scratch my pans. The handle is angled slightly more so it feels different when you hold it. It looks nearly identical in pictures, yet in person you can tell it's not the same quality. I know this sounds rambling for a dumb spatula, but if you ever had the swedish one you would know why I'm so obsessed with it

Excellent, I wish I looked more for one that was slotted instead of with holes
I accidentally broke my wife’s favorite spatula, it was an ugly blue wide slotted Norpro. When I came across this listing I immediately recognized the brand. It’s the exact same material and works great. My only gripe is that the holes make it difficult to wipe clean with a paper towel if I am making multiple things at once. Normally I will just take a paper towel and quickly wipe it, but with the holes, no matter which direction I wipe it, there’s always something left behind.I’m keeping it, but when it’s time to replace I’ll search the same brand for a slotted version…. (Or if I get fed up with this one.)
