I bought this for my husband for Christmas, he downloaded the app and has been using the Fitbit and app consistently. He loves that it is so easy to use and so easy to read both on the watch and the Fitbit itsself!

Haven't heard back from seller yet. Watch does not work. will not charge. Nee replacement and hope new one works if not need refund.Thanks

I bought this to replace my Versa that broke while I was diving. Note - don't dive deeper than 15 feet with a Fitbit. It is refurbished but works like new, looks like new and is great for the price. I didn't want to upgrade as the original Versa is perfect for what I need.

This watch does what it's supposed to do. After reading other reviews I wonder if they didn't charge it before use. It came with a completely dead battery. I've been charging it every morning while in the shower because the battery isn't going to last for as many days as it says but of you charge it while doing something inconsequential it charges fast. Do far it's great. You need to have it charging next to your phone to update. Play with the app on your phone to learn stuff. One minor complaint, I do a lot of driving & listen to audible. It fights with the Bluetooth & kicks my phone off the radio occasionally.

This one works and charges like a new one.

I ordered this Fitbit to replace mine that was starting to fail. I plugged this one in and paired with my phone. All looked good. Since my original Fitbit was still working I held on to this one so it would be ready to go when the other stopped working. That was a few months ago. My original was no longer working with any reliability so I changed out to this one I purchased. Highly disappointed that it does not hold a charge for more that 1-2 days. I don’t believe it was refurbished. Just resold with an old battery that was not updated. Really wish I could return.

Definitely like new! The glass face is in perfect condition and all apps work. The band that was sent with the watch was defective; the pin would not close, so they offered me a refund to purchase another band. the watch was sent standard regular mail, which concerned me, but it arrived quickly without a problem. No manual was included, so I contacted them. They forwarded the manual's website to me. They also added a complimentary package of wipes for the watch. I prefer this watch over my old Fitbit Sense. It is easy to read and advances nicely through apps and shortcuts. I am very happy with the purchase and the company that refurbished the watch!

I like the watch, and it has many great functions. I bought it because it syncs to my health app. My only complaint is that it just doesn't stay charged well. It says I should get 4-5 days of a charge, but it dies halfway through day 2, so I have to put it on the charger every night. It's not a game changer, but it's not what it claimed to be in that area.
