This is a great product and like many other reviewers I purchased this powder as an alternative to paying for over-priced ready-made shots.And, like others, my first attempt at adding the powder to a glass of orange juice left me stirring frantically with my teaspoon trying to catch the blobs of powder to pulverise them into submission against the inside of the glass. It was like some early form of computer game [think ‘Pong’].Next day I changed my approach and put one scoop of powder in a glass with a wee bit of OJ and stirred it into a paste, then added more OJ slowly continuing to stir (just as you do with flour and milk when making the base for a cheese sauce).Eh voilá! A perfect Turmeric & Ginger drink.It is good value for money, it tastes great and because you are making it yourself you can adjust the strength by adding less or more liquid.Totally recommend this product.

I thought I'd give this a 'shot' as I'd previously been buying a Tesco ready made version. I wanted to see if I could match it by making it myself.This stuff really does pack a punch!!!! I only use half a teaspoon in a tumbler sized glass. It does need some vigorous mixing otherwise the powder just sits at the bottom of the glass and tastes very weak (this was the endeavour of my first attempt). I can honestly say that it does give you a boost and you can certainly feel the strength of the mixture!

I purchased this as I was spending £1 a day on ginger shots from the supermarket and figured this would save money. It has pretty much the same nutritional benefits as the ones in store however it lacks the kick and spice. Because of this it is simply not as good as pre made versions.

Top ingredients for boosting energy,skin & joint pain; a definite anti-aging mixture. Mine dissolved in water easily! - I mixed a scoop of 1 gram (provided) with a metal spoon in a little water, stirred vigorously then added more water & stirred well again. NO PROBLEM. All powder completely gone. Can't speak about results but I know from past experimenting that ginger & turmeric always works for me in dulling joint pain & helping skin glow. I dropped a star because of packaging: powder was crammed flat into packet so tightly thay it was stuck in rubber seal & burst out everywhere when I opened it, wasting a good deal of it.Tastewise, it is very palatable & I will be experimenting with adding it to my on-the-go water bottle along with other stuff eg amino acids.Somewhere there is a suggestion to add the powder to hot drinks. Please note that doing this will kill off the value of vitamin C as it can't survive in hot water.Otherwise, I definitely recommend this powder as long as the price remains as it is @ October 10/2023.- £8.58 as this is enough to pay for 100g. 👍

Was a bit sceptical about ordering this product but have been pleasantly surprised. You can use it to mix with shop bought fruit juice or even better make fresh shots with a blender and suitable fruit such as pineapple and kiwi. The ginger and turmeric is fabulous as part of anti-inflammatory diet... will reorder!!

This is a lot cheaper than buying the little ready made shots from the supermarket. I mix a measured amount with orange juice and have about 50 - 60 mls every morning. Use the little scoop to set the right amount and add 50 mls of orange juice per scoop. Each shot provides a really good hit. Highly recommended.

Product is awful. It does not taste of ginger at all!! Also, claims you can mix as a shot or a tea... this product does not mix with water or liquid so was impossible to do - no matter what you do the product just sinks to the bottom of your drinks! Refuses to dissolve regardless of using hot or cold water, juice, even tried boiling it with milk to make a turmeric latte.Was so excited to get this item but it was a let down.I had to return, so I could get a refund.

I got this because I love ginger and tumeric shots. I usually buy ready mixed ones but I thought I would give this a go. I have to say it is super strong. It's a little spicy for my taste and it took a bit of getting used to but it really does give an almighty kick in the mornings.I feel alive!
