This part only works sometimes.
The repair for which this was used is not "cut and dried." It works for some repairs and not for others. Do not order this part unless you have a good idea that it is the correct part and you are accustomed to appliance servicing.

Shift acuator fixed the washing machine
Shift actuator fixed my washing machine. Washer was not shifting into spin cycle. New actuator and washer is working great!.

Don't Waste Your Money
We installed this part in March 2020 and it is already malfunctioning. Ironically the original part was not really broken (we ended up needing a different part to fix the washer back in March) however since we had this new part and because the washer was already apart, we decided to install it anyway. Less than five months later, our washer was making a horrible clicking noise because the lever was stuck and would not move. The washer would not agitate or spin. We put the old part back on and our washer is running perfectly. This part is pure junk!!!!

I like that this item is exactly the same in every way shape color, pin plug and bolt/screw pattern and half the price.The part fits as a factory part would.My washer is up back and running like new, if your washer quits cycling from wash to drain/spin, rinse spin this is the part that will fix your humming washer stuck in between cycles!

You have to calibrate machine after installing
The product worked. If you installed this device without the technical manual you may not realize that you cannot just swap the device and you are done. It has to be calibrated. Instruction on in the tech manual which is inside the washer machine. After you do the calibration. Run the diagnostic again. I had three errors on my washer and just swapping the device cleared just one until calibration was completed.

had no problem, a few screws to remove the old one. The new one is exactly the same, went in super easy. no problem so far
