It works great. It's what exactly what I needed for my car ac.

Direct replacement for 2003 CR-V
The blower motor in our 2003 CR-V stopped working entirely, and not wanting to pay what Honda charges for an OEM unit, bought this one. This was a direct replacement, and sized exactly the same, right down to the heatsink. The blower motor now runs, so we’ve got AC again. Install is relatively easy: 1. Remove the glove box by pulling the stops on the inside of it, and then unscrewing the bolts at the hinge 2. Remove the bottom dash cover by pulling down from the front, and then pulling the panel straight out towards the seat 3. From the bottom looking up, you’ll see the resistor mounted to the blower motor unit with a wiring harness attached 4. Disconnect the harness 5. The screws holding the resistor on are not torqued down tight, which is good because you won’t be able to get a screwdriver in there for at least the bolt on the left. I just used a small Phillips bit and loosened it by hand. Easy and quick 6. Replace the resistor (plug the harness in AFTER you have the resistor bolted down) and reinstall the panel and glove box

Fan doesn't spin check this part .
2001 honda civic fan blower stop working I thought it was fan it was negative Resistor easy to change out location by fan follow wires leads . Better price then autozone easy to install.
