How do I know if it is charging or fully charged?

There should be a flashing red light when you charge the unit. Once fully charged, the light should disappear. For the improved version, there should be a flashing green light on the battery indicator and it will turn solid light when fully charged.

Why does it make a beeping sound?

It could be that the device is out of power. Please fully charge the unit and see if the beeping stops. Refer to the Troubleshooting page in the User Manual for more information.

Why can’t I feel the heat?

Allow some time for the heat to become noticeable after turning on the hand massager. Additionally, the body may adapt to the temperature over time, making it harder to feel the heat sensation. Consider using a glove to increase the heat effect.

Where can I get a replacement charging cable?

You may use any Type C USB cable to charge the device. Make sure that the plug does not exceed 5V 2A. You may also refer to the User Manual or the box to see more information on where to get the replacement cable.
