That time when size might matter......
This is a great product but keep in mind that the size of these waffers are actually kinda small almost maybe a hair bigger than a crisp flake. my giant plecos love it never the less but its like giving them a giant handful which goes quick. My loaches love them though so just something to keep in mind.

Why waste mobey on tiny packages of fish food?
Those tiny little costly packages of Hikari wafers one gets at Petco or other stores is a waste of money. Buying in bulk always makes sense. My fish love it and I have enough fish food for at least a year.

Review from my Goldfish/tropicals
Let me start off by saying that when I first setup my tank, I was a complete newbie and mixed a goldfish with my tropicals (3 cory's, bristlenose pleco, and whiptail catfish).OK, so now that's off my back, here's your review. I bought these from PETCO (I believe they were 7~ ounce bags for $8 and change) to try them out, so comparing this bulk price versus PETCO's price is a no brainer. They were originally for my bottom feeders mentioned above, but my goldfish (shubunkin) absolutely loves these! I have to make sure to throw some in before I go to bed so my tropicals have a chance to get to them while the goldfish is resting. They were the perfect size for consumption for the goldfish (7 1/2 inches long). I'd advise not feeding this to goldfish, but if you were a newbie like me, be aware that they will dismiss all other food that you put in the tank (at least for me).As far as quality of the product, the consistancy seems good. They go sink quickly, and they go soft after maybe 20 minutes. My issues with past sinking wafers were they go soft quickly, then they would break apart and pollute my tank. These ones will stay together all night for me, so any excess food I can scoop out easliy in the morning. My tropicals to love these, so that's a huge plus!
