This is a nice sturdy kneeler. I have already used it a number of times. It is firm, but not hard if that makes sense. I am a flower farmer and I sometimes spend hours on the ground weeding or planting. This item helps protect my knees. It seems like it will hold up well.

I work delivering/merchandising bread . I will say that the pad is amazing . I'm on at least one knee at every store and I have 9 in total I service . It stays in one place , it's comfortable to kneel down on and affordable . The only gripe I have about it , is that it doesn't have a way to attach it to yourself . I keep forgetting it in the box truck because I can't clip it to myself or my tray's . Other than that it works great on grocery store floors and concrete . I can't say how it is on dirt or wet anything . Just the dry grocery store floors .
