DELICIOUS!
I order from Amazon ALOT, and these are so good I had to leave a review. They’re better tasting than the ones from Whole Foods and there are SO MANY (about 60 per can). You won’t be disappointed! One of the 2 cans came very dented (tough handling by mail people I think) but the can wasn’t compromised, so still 5 stars.Well worth the money folks!

Good Taste and Price.
I have not had many brands of grape leaves - big grocery store chain deli (I think they have the Divina brand), and a couple others. I liked the Roland brand especially for the price. At around 2$/lb. that beats the 5-7$/lb. anywhere local, and the taste is fairly close (a little less). But, I do like to add fresh lemon juice as the directions recommend. They are fairly soft and a few came apart while serving (not a big deal), but as far as texture is concerned, I'd prefer them with more leafy texture. Overall, I can't complain - a little less flavor/texture, but a lot better value.

Says package of six only for one
Don’t know how to compare as first time to by this product. Taste good to me. Just disappointed since said package of 6 and I got one. Contacted Amazon and they said they would replace and it happened again. So I am out 4 of the 6

Stuffed Grape Leaves
I thought these were good. They are not as good as homemade, but I didn't expect them to be. I haven't had the other canned brands to compare them with, but I was surprised at how good they actually were. It's true they are on the mushy side, possibly because they are sitting in oil, I assume to keep from drying out. And some of the leaves were torn, but none were falling apart and I had no trouble getting them out of the can intact. They were wrapped very tightly. The directions say to drain the oil, and that's good advice. They tasted even better after doing that and refrigerating them. They have a lemony taste, but not too strong. Couldn't even taste the mint. They use sunflower oil, which I don't think is as good as olive oil, but most of the canned stuffed grape leaves seem to do the same, probably because it's cheaper. The recipe I prefer has a lot of dill and onions and lemon and uses extra-virgin olive oil (a Greek recipe), and the Roland has no dill. But for the price I thought these were definitely worth buying. I certainly won't have a problem eating them in a few days. I've never frozen grape leaves before, but I don't see why it couldn't be done. I doubt these are the best canned stuffed grape leaves out there (the Al-Wadi and Divina have better ratings), but they are good enough for me, especially for the price. And they are vegetarian.

Wow - I wonder if they are vendor for TJs Dolmas?
These taste just like the ones in the cans from Trader Joes. They are soooo good, sure a little lemon juice would brighten their taste - but still soooo good! I will definitely order them again. My daughter loves them, so I pack a few in a thermos in her lunch. Also, in comparison to the refrigerated ones from Costco - there is no comparison. The ones from Costco are difficult to bite into and the leaves fall apart. These ones are heaven :) Price comparison TJ Dolmas approx 10 ounces - $2.49 (.24 ounce) with S&S (5 items) ordering the (2) 70 ounce cans, it is 22.68 it is .16 an ounce.

Shipping problems for good product
I have ordered these several times and I liked the taste and texture. However, the last two times I ordered one package of six I received a single can invoiced at the full price for six. One of those cans was damaged from inadequate packaging.Amazon refunded my money immediately, both times. The next time I ordered I tried a different brand.I have no complaints about the product itself.

Fairly traditional
These are quite salty so drain and add vinegar to store in the refrigerator. When serving just remove from the vinegar bath and cover with a light olive oil and lots of lemon Stuffed with rice and onion salt and black pepper which is very nice in its simplicity A serving size is 4 dolmas, which I found to be quite filling However I’d say if You serve with lamb, you can rely upon them to deliver enough of a salty taste so that you barely need to salt the meat. Also fantastic with goat cheese!!!!

All you can taste is salt and lemon
I ordered these to try as the price seemed reasonable, the reviews were good, and I have had canned Dolmas in the past and enjoy them. I did not however enjoy these. The only things you can taste with these Dolmas are the overwhelming flavors of salt and lemon. You can't taste any of the other spices that make Dolmas so delicious. I tried washing them off with water before eating them, but the salt has thoroughly permeated through the grape leaves. Thankfully the tightly wrapped ones are less salty than ones that have broken open and sucked up all the oil and salt in the can they swim in, but still almost inedible. The consistency of the Dolmas themselves wasn't bad though. I will not be ordering these again.Pros: Good consistency, reasonable priceCons: You're better off cutting a lemon in half, dipping it in salt, and licking the salt off since it would taste the same.
