I like the flavor of this product, it tastes tropical.🌴 I make mini shakes so I am not strapped to a large shake and if I have to take it with me I don't have fret about if it spills, I have it in a small contained-containor;🍶 I finish all of it and it doesn't take me all day. As for thickness it depends on what you mix it with, if you use milk, almond milk, coconut milk or water determines the thickness of your shakes. But that is up to you, you decide how you want to drink your keto. You can even put it in your tea or your coffee. 🍵☕ It is your choice.Also the small 2.47 oz container is easy enough to put into my bag to take with me and mix later if I am running late. Another big thing for me is it is dairy free, I am lactose intolerant and so many foods contain dairy that are not good for my body. (I won't explain) as well as gluten free, and being Dr tested.This size container is important and I hope Amazon continues to sell this size because I can determine my need by cost as well as by size of container.

I’ve tried a couple different kinds of these things and I haven’t really been happy with any of them. This one was definitely better than others. But still not great. I used it in my coffee only though. So if buying for smoothies or something, it may be much better.

I got this for my husband, he just started keto diet and he was very happy to get it. He says it tastes great and doesnot clump together. it gives instant energy which is a great plus. I make shakes with it for him and he loves him. i can see the results already and will continue to use it for better results. we are so far happy with the results.

The taste can be a little weird, but I think that's expected with most supplements. To ingest it without really thinking about the flavor, I add this to my protein smoothies. It's a great boost to my already nutrient-packed concoction. So far it seems to be doing the trick!

these ended up getting returned. I love mango, but this tasted like a chalky orange vanilla medicine...no way was I was I going to be able to drink it.

Taste was okay, but it was the value that I loved. So affordable and quality ingredients!
