Too many personal questions asked when downloading the app. Returned.
This lock was just what we were looking for. However, when we tried to download the app, there were too many personal questions asked to get it to work. We felt they were not relevant and we were not comfortable giving that information.We were not able to get it to work without the app, so we returned it.

Worth the price
Set up is a little funky due to cheap chinese software. Pretty simple to set up though. Finger print works really good and the overall build of the lock feels pretty solid. Would recommend for the price!

Stopped holding a charge after a couple weeks.
This lock worked great for a month or so and then stopped holding a charge. It is now completely useless and I’m having to spend more money to replace it with something better. Not worth it.
