I often wear a 5.11 polo and this does not work with them at all! The stiff plastic is uncomfortable and it catches the shirt and creates excess wrinkles in the front of the shirt. I tossed mine in the trash and will try something else.

The shirt lock really works well for me, it fits perfectly just below my belt. It grips my shirts and when I use the shirt lock my shirts stay tucked in. I can even wear my shorter slim fit dress shirts (I am over six feet) and the shirt lock grips the edge of these shirts, I can move and stretch while at work with confidence now. Excellent product, I am very happy with it.

An old friend of mine who was an EMT used to have something like this BUT I thought it was fabric, not a weird plastic belt. Not comfy and kept riding up unless I tightened it a LOT! I guess it would be better than the shirt thing that attaches to your socks but I'd rather do without.

I’ve had one of these for years & it works great. Destroys your shirts but it’s the part you can’t see. It was finally wearing so I ordered a new one recently & it broke within a few times of using it. Used to be a great product, not anymore. I do not recommend it

I have used the rubber under belts for quite some time. I decided to purchase this shirt lock stay to see if it was more comfortable and if it would keep my shirt tucked more efficiently. It did not. I returned the items. Still use the rubber under belts.

Great product. Works exactly as his old one but doesn't dig into him like the other one did. Great product.

I bought this Shirt Lock because I used to have a velco type that didn't always work and I wear dress shirts everyday to work. I also officiate basketball and this product is a necessity. Works like it is supposed to and easy to use. The only problem that I have is that I have to tighten the belt halfway through the day because it becomes loose throughout the day. No big deal. Overall, I would buy this product again because it is the best product on the market unless you want to buy shirt stay garters that attach to your socks.
