If you own both these Plus balls and the Alpha balls, which do you prefer?

It's not a matter of preference for the balls; each size is specific to the anatomy it's rolling. Ultimately it's better to have all three sizes.The Plus balls are brilliant for the spine/shoulders/neck, and the larger Alpha balls are specifically lovely for the hips/buttocks/hamstrings...

I have the original yoga tune up balls. Are these harder and less dense than those? How do you use them differently?

Yes they are a little harder, denser and larger. They can be used similarly to the originals, but will not be quite as malleable as the originals. However I still love having both types for variety.

Can you get the tune up balls wet?

To clean your therapy balls, we recommend that you rub them with a towel, soap and warm water and let them dry off. Do not submerge in water.
