So this product is amazing grade and is made in a way that it can be attached as a keychain. Love that it comes with a QR code on the packaging that takes you to a video for some tips and how to’s. However, I wish the effort put into that would’ve also been put into the safety design. At first I thought people were exaggerating & probably turning the lock feature too hard or straight up accidentally breaking it. Turns out the reviews were true. I get it, it’s supposed to be ready for immediate use however the risk of the sliding feature moving to “on” mode in a purse, pocket, bag and setting the spray off is scarily high. Hasn’t happened to me, but I can see what people are talking about. It’s not a lock feature it’s literally a slide to the side nozzle. At least update this design, and include a lock cap or something. Definitely isn’t child safe either since it’s easily accessible to being set off. Nonetheless, as a college woman who takes Ubers and bought this for that reason, I can somewhat appreciate the fast action design since if anything were to happen it would be too close range so it feels nice knowing I can act fast and defend myself with this.

It does its job. Easy to grab and spray. It's quite small so it's very easy to tuck in either a pocket or a bag. The stopper for the button does slide very easily so be careful what you shove around it in your bag!
