They are comfortable. Good for the price not the best inserts but very well made for the price.

I have heel spurs and I have tried so many different insole products to relieve my foot pain during hiking and jogging. These have helped tremendously and by far the best insoles I have tried. I can hike and jog longer than I have in the past with other products. I also feel less sore after a long hike or jog the next day. They last quite a while too. I keep a pair in my hiking shoes and a pair in my every day gym shoes.
