You should be able to. You should first make sure that the cassette's input is rated for line-level signals. You will probably need to buy an adapter cable to match the available outputs from the EQ (1/4 inch audio male plug) to whatever input the cassette recorder has available (probably 1/8 inch mini male plug. The cassette may have a single stereo input so a "Y" adapter may be required to convert both right and left outputs from the EQ into a single stereo 1/8 inch or possibly 1/4 inch TRS (Tip, Ring, Sleeve) male connector to get the stereo signal.
