I love this shampoo. My Malshi's hair comes out so nice and soft and super clean. I see so many negative reviews about it being watered down and not lathering, but it's not supposed to because sensitive skin should not use the surfactants that allow other shampoos to lather. Same with the scent. It's a mild scent because sensitive skin gets irritated by the chemicals that give off strong scents. Don't buy a product for sensitive skin if you want the chemicals that irritates sensitive skin!! To create something like the 'lathering' effect, just shake the bottle as it says in the instructions before you squeeze it out so it's foamier. So in short, it works great to clean my dog, she still smells fresh afterwards and it doesn't irritate her skin because it doesn't have the irritating lathering and strong scent chemicals! A+

I buy this for my dog with sensitive skin and it leaves her nice and soft. I also see significantly less scratching after she has a bath. It works super well and you can see the practically black bath water rinsing off her after we lather her up. She also smells great for a few weeks after her bath.

This shampoo works really well for my dog’s sensitive skin. It leaves her coat soft, shiny, and clean with no irritation. The scent is light and pleasant. I love that it’s made with natural ingredients. Definitely recommend!

This Burt's Bees oatmeal shampoo is nothing short of outstanding! It lathers perfectly, rinses off easily & smells great. My nine year old boy is battling seasonal allergies. They are so bad this year & he's getting ready to try his third medication because nothing is working for him. However, my very experienced Vet told me to stop the anti-itch shampoo & just get a regular colloidal oatmeal shampoo. She said it will ease his itching which will soothe him, but that we still will need to nail down the right medication to stop it completely. It really does help & my boy feels so good after a Burt's Bees bath. His hair becomes much softer & skin becomes less red.I strongly recommend this oatmeal shampoo for dogs of all ages. I have tried so many different kinds & this is the best one I've used so far. I give it two paws up! 🫡

Amazing product, helped my pup stop itching and made his fur so soft and healthy, doesn’t leave a wet dog smell after drying, leaves him so clean and happy. Extremely easy to use with the squeeze bottle!!

This might be okay for a very short haired dog, a tiny dog or a larger breed with just skin and small hairs like a Doberman or something. But if you have a long haired dog, forget it. This does NOT lather. As in, not lather at all, none. It is this as water and has no consistency like a normal shampoo which you expect to be thicker than water. There is almost no soapiness seen rinsing off your long haired dog, just the water with a little bit of soap.....it is just not a lathery soapy bath. I hate to leave this somewhat negative review because I LOVE all Burt's Bees products and use their lip balm daily and swear by it. But this dog shampoo just doesn't cut it, at least for a long haired dog, and you end up using half the bottle for one bath and there is so little soap bubbles going down the drain. It is completely unscented which may be something you like, but I cannot see much actual "soapy cleaning" happening with this watery, non-lathering product. So.....have very short or no hair? Small tiny dog? Maybe it's okay if your dog isn't really dirty. Bigger dog, long haired dog, really dirty dog? No way.

Best dog shampoo hands down. My dogs have very very sensitive skin and the oatmeal burts bees is the only ones that help prevent dryness and hotspots!
