We cannot tell anything with the radio ID. We need the model number. However this kit will only work with a receiver that says RoadyXT on the front under the display screen.

Will this work with a delphi xpress rc receiver? i don't know if that is like the roady xt

From my under standing the roady Xt will work only with the roady xt receiver because of the difference it sets into the cradle but I’m not 100% sure Seems like my brother has something similar and it didn’t work.

No, it doesn't have an FM transmitter. This is the home adapter and it has to be plugged into an auxiliary input on your radio or stereo.
