HPS Performance Black Intercooler Intake Charge Pipe Turbo Boost Compatible for 2011-2013 BMW 335i 335iX 135i 2013-2015 X1 xDrive35i N55 3.0L Turbo, 17-107WB

This part showed up with all the necessary parts with the expectation of the C-Clip that goes on after this is connected to the throttle body. The product does not claim it comes with the C-Clip, but just wanted to mention it in case someone doesn't have a C-Clip anymore. Luckily, my plastic OEM charge pipe still had the C-Clip attached and that worked just fine. Performance is very similar to the OEM charge pipe. I highly recommend taking the opportunity while you are replacing your charge pipe to also clean your sensors properly. I took this as an opportunity to clean the MAP sensor, and now the car runs a little better especially when stopping in traffic or idling in traffic. It took me about one hour to install. Very difficult maneuvering this charge pipe into place, and even more difficult to have it go onto the throttle body. Make sure you have a lot of elbow grease ready. Feels incredibly solid and felt like a real accomplishment getting it installed. The car has been running very well now for over two weeks. I would recommend this charge pipe to anyone who owns a E88 BMW 135i with a N55 and who have not already upgraded theirs. Please do yourself a favor and upgrade your charge pipe now if it is still OEM. I found out mine was OEM when I was on the track and it ruined the rest of my day and weekend when it broke. I'm a novice and barely thrashed the car. Don't get caught out and away from home with a broken charge pipe like me.

Great fitment and very nice quality. Have used this charge pipe on multiple 2011 e90 335xi’s with the n55 and it has worked out great! Would recommend spreading a bit of oil on the inside of the flange that connects onto the throttle body so that it slides on easy and you don’t pinch the o ring.

A perfect direct fit. Super easy to install on an N55 335xi. High quality materials. Will defiantly last the life of the car.
