Azpen Home- Smart Plug with USB Port 1 Pack Remote Control

There is supposed to be an app to use it so you can set it how you want and basically use it. But there is no app. I used the QR code, looked up what i was supposed to, and went to the website. The lonk on the website didnt work so I sent them a message and a few days later recieved no response. Tried a similar app just to see if it would work, it didn't. I am returning it. But if this is old when you read this they may have an app and this will be invalid.

If you want regrets, buy this thinking that it will work at all. It is supposed to work with the AZPEN app, but the app won't even work because the server won't connect . I believe that this product must have been retired and given up on. I was hoping for a plug that functioned with Google Home or SmartLife app - like most other plugs on the market. I was incorrect and allow me to save you some grief!

I download the app from apple store. Easy to connect the device. It has a usb outlet on the side I did not notice when I made the purchase.

App does not work. Says connection error. Customer service says the do not know when it will be fixed. Wished I did not buy them!!

I got one of these smart plugs for free in June 2018 and decided to buy more as they worked with the App and did what I wanted. After the server backend issues were fixed I decided to buy more (total of 4) and these worked well. Adding a fifth didn't work and the 120V output appears to turn ON 12 hours later at the OFF time. So off at 10pm means turning on at 10am. Duh!Sent email to Tech Support. We will see what happens. Low rating but at least four work!

Update this plug is one of a kind because you can control individually USB and socket separately I've haven't found another one that does very pleased hopefully they update to work with Google home and Alexa.👌
