Easy to transfer all of my joy-con electrical components over. If you're unsure how to do this ExtremeRate have 'how to" videos on their Youtube channel. But as long as your delicate with the ribbon cables and follow the instruction video, your nan could do it without her reading prescription. works perfectly with my screen unit and no docking issues on the stand. finished nicely with a soft touch feel for comfort and slight grip. I opted for the black housings. Despite the image looking slightly grey, they are in fact the matt black colour Joy-cons batman would own. I also bought the LED tuning kit for the joy-con indicators and dock which complete the look perfectly. highly recommend for people that don't want to spend £70 on a new set of Nintendo Joy-con units just for the sake of changing the colour. this is a much better alternative.

It got a video link showing you what to do to swap plates with original one step by step. It's a quite complex process but video makes it super easy to follow. As if plates itself they are good plastic quality but it tend to show fingerprints and needs cleaning from time to time.

Pro: The installation is easy and it comes with quite a few extra screws and springs. Con: In the parts package there is an unknown white, round plastic part, which appears to neither fit anywhere, not is mentioned at all on the YouTube video description for the assembly. The plastic of the shell is too soft - through no effort at all several screw holes have been wound through as there appeared no difference from winding the screw in to "no further". This means several holes have no grip and the shell is rather loose. Specifically the ZL button appeared to be a particular pain in the backside which has destroyed some connections on that part when clipping it in - making the controller pretty much useless. Not only have I spent £32 on two shells which are basically broken - I now have to find myself two new left joycons. Gutted. Absolute waste.

The product quality, fit, feel and texture is absolutely fantastic. However, the installation is quite tricky in terms of handling really small screws and putting everything in place. Requires time to install, especially for a novice. Took me close to 2 hours to change both L and R. Support Video is quite clear though and very helpful.

Very easy to do as long as you follow along with a YouTube video. Just be carefully with ribbon cables and be patient and you’ll be good. It’s well worth the effort, I love my new sleak OLED!

Erfüllen alle Erwartungen. Wie ich bereits mehrmals bei Extreme Rate erfahren durfte, sind die Shells wirklich top. Es wird Qualität wie von Nintendo selbst geboten und mit den vielen verschiedenen Farben genug Raum für eigene Gestaltung geboten.

質はとっても良いです。 しかし、付属のドライバーがプラスドライバーしかなく、別途Y字ドライバーを用意する必要がありました。 そのため星3です。

Awesome! I bought the all black soft touch set to use as replacement pieces. I had destroyed the back of a left joy-con after stripping a screw with a 0.6x50mm Y driver bought elsewhere (FYI it was too small and pointy, I don’t recommend the 0.6 size). The screwdriver contained in this set (Y00) also was too pointy and kept spinning with little grip. I used a regular nail filer/Emory board to flatten the tip and now it works well. (Seriously, if you don’t have grip with your driver, stop and find another option as stripping the screws is easy to do and not worth it!!) The case itself looks and feels amazing and was packaged really well. My expectations were surpassed. Also, the back shell lined up perfectly with the original joy-con front shell and inside components. It looks professional and now my kids want me to change the rest of the case pieces. I used one of the supplied replacement screws for the case (Philips head instead of Y) and it worked well enough. Great set, other than the driver, and I would buy again. (FYI, the supplied drivers aren’t magnetic, so if you have a small magnetic Phillips head screwdriver I would use that instead for the inside screws as it makes the job easier.)

Der Umbau selbst war ne ziemliche Fummelarbeit und hat Ewigkeiten gedauert (so um die 3 Stunden für beide), ist aber bei der Größe der Joy Cons auch kein Wunder. Die Verpackung hat alles recht gut zusammengehalten. Der Schraubendreher, der dabei lag, scheint qualitativ recht wertig zu sein, allerdings wurde er abgesehen vom Umbau aber auch nicht auf Qualität und Haltbarkeit überprüft. Cooles Plus: Die Umbauanleitung ist im Internet (YT, um genau zu sein), daher der beiliegende Zettel mit Sicherheitshinweisen sehr flach gehalten, aufs Nötige beschränkt und wenig Papiermüll. Wärmeleistung und Haltbarkeit nach dem Umbau hab ich noch nicht ausreichend getestet, allerdings ist bisher (ca 3 Wochen nach Umbau) alles super. Schrauben hatte ich fast alle existierenden genommen (die fürs Case gewechselt aufgrund der unterschiedlichen Schlitze), da bei ihnen farblich klarer waren, wo sie hingehören. Allerdings ist der ein oder andere Knopf kleiner als das Original, so zum Beispiel der Homebutton am rechten JC (der wackelt bei mir ab und zu ein wenig). Zwei Wünsche hätte ich allerdings an den Hersteller: - Ich hab mich beim Umbau bei einer Schraube vertan und jetzt in dem Case eine kleine Erhebung, in der ich die zu lange Schraube rein gedreht hab (stört mich aber nicht wirklich). Cool wäre es, wenn bei der Anleitung kurz spezifiziert welche, welche Schraube verwendet werden sollte für Leute, die zum ersten Mal so einen Umbau machen (zum Beispiel mit Nummern, die kleinste hat die 1, die ganz Äußeren fürs case die 3 oder ähnlich) - Ich hab auf der Webseite recht lange suchen müssen, um die Anleitung für meine Art vom Umbau zu finden und schlussendlich einfach über YT direkt gesucht. Da würde ich mir einen separaten Punkt wünschen für den Umbau vom Case, ohne dass man am linken JC die Knöpfe zum Kreuz wechselt. Alles in Allem bin ich ziemlich zufrieden. Sieht super aus, weil's jetzt auch farblich zu dem Rest der Switch passt und fühlt sich genauso an, wie neu gekaufte JCs.

電子機器を自分で開けて改造するのは初めてでしたが出来ました。ボタンは色と質感がチープなので使いませんでした。シェルの質感は大満足です。付属のネジが全部プラスになっているので注意です。 追記:リピートでグレーを買ったら、不良品でした。面倒なので返品するつもりもありませんが、明らかに曲がってます。ネジも当然入ってかない〜
