I have been taking these Zicam rapid Melts for several years. They work for me great! I start taking them the day I feel like I am getting a cold symptom like a sore throat, nasal congestion, or a runny nose, and it seems to shorten the days I have the cold. The value is excellent when you look at how many days you save being sick. And they taste yummy. They just melt on your tongue, so they are super easy to use. They do not affect my sleep at all, so if I wake up in the middle of the night to use the restroom, I take another Zicam. Very pleased and highly recommend.

These do work, in my experience, but you have to follow the directions and use them every few hours. I keep a bottle on hand starting in the fall and start using them as soon as I start to feel a cold starting. These are definitely worth the cost for me.

Zicam in general is amazing! But these work so welll! I swear by these even if the middle is a little gross it’s worth it! Kicks colds before they turn into being crazy or help shorten the length if they’ve already started

Whenever I feel a cold coming on, I start taking these right away and usually it sets me straight. If the cold does take hold, taking these diminishes and most definitely shortens the effects. A little Elderberry and Echinacea helps as well.

This is my go to when I start to feel sick. They are easy to use, dissolve in mouth quickly, and taste decent. I feel like these are very effective in fighting off colds before they fully hit.
