I like this HDMI cable for iPhone because it allows me to watch what I have on my iPhone. We went on a weekend getaway and I was easily able to connect my iPhone to the TV inside our hotel room. My iPhone 7plus was easily able to navigate and switch between Netflix and YouTube. This save us some money ordering a movie or pay per view on the hotel TV. We just used our Netflix subscriptions rather than buying a movie. This became one of the essential travels must have on my list when going out of town. My family were impressed to share what I’m watching on my iPhone. The cord is not bulky at all and easy to pack. I feel like I’m starting to watch everything on my TV instead on my iPhone.

work very nice!!!Love this thing! This adapter has allowed me to take my video library with me anywhere, which was one of my previous hesitations of buying digital versus DVD movies. It works great and has a spot to plug in power, which is helpful, since playing movies really drains the battery on my iPad. I travel abroad often and take the cable with me to allow me to watch content from my iPad on a large screen. It has performed perfectly.

Worked as advertised. Used this cord in our minivan in order to stream from the phone onto the dvd player. Worked well. On a few occasions, the screen stopped streaming and charging, but not sure if it was due to the phone, dvd player, or cord.Instructions were easy to follow

If I could give ZERO stars I would. DOES NOT WORK WITH PERISCOPE APP (this is not a paid app) on iPhone to play on TV. Specifically why I purchased this adapter, I was told by company it would. The app is a free live video streaming app. Our hockey team uses it to live stream games so out of town people can watch. It did work 2 times then stopped. It would show the screen on my iPhone on the TV, just would not play video. Could hear sound. When I contacted company to troubleshoot they stated it happens sometimes. NO offer to replace cord, full or partial refund, nada. I wish I dug a little further to see what adapter would of worked with App I wanted to use it with BEFORE making the purchase. I believed company’s statement it would. Do your research & spend your money elsewhere.

It arrived as described and was easy to hook up. However, after connecting it to the TV and my iPhone 7 it would only mirror the screen for about 45 seconds and then lock up while the video audio would continue to play with no picture. I tried it both in the direct connection mode as well as the hotspot mode with no success. I followed the directions for the firmware upgrade as well as downloaded the EZ connect app and that just made it more problematic. EZ Connect would not recognize the device, and the hotspot setting would not move past the hotspot selection screen. I attempted to contact the assistance line however, the phone number was a dead end with no answer. This needs a lot of field testing before selling, or some very well trained assistance on how to make this work, either way I would do more research for a product that actually delivers what it advertises.

I keep one of these at work to show presentations. It works with Webex so I can send demos from my phone to the widescreen during a meeting. Having to plug in power makes it a bit of a hassle, but hey if it works it works. Now if only they invent of these with a battery included then it'd be completely perfect.It's portable and light enough to carry in my jacket pocket. I just stick it into the powerbank (easier than plugging it into a wall adapter) and carry it that way so I don't forget.

This device is not Apple MFi certified. Devices that are not Apple MFi certified will stop working out of nowhere and that is what happens every time I try to use this. I did not know this before buying it. It worked as advertised for about an hour. Now, I connect it, it works for 30 seconds or less, and then the screen displays a "this accessory may not be supported" error message every single time.

Perfect to share pictures, videos or even presentation on a bigger from iPhone iPad or laptop. Exactly what I needed. Easy to set up
