Great Fun, But be Prepared!
I purchased these after seeing the numerous videos on YouTube showing the different tricks that could be done with Powerisers (the increase in mobility was fascinating to me). That said, I went with these over the Standard Powerisers because the Advanced ones have greater feature developments that allow for a safer and more enjoyable operation overall. I therefore chose the Advanced Powerisers with a weight bracket of 198-266 pounds, myself weighing about 205 pounds. When I first received the Powerisers, I was deeply disappointed because they didn't measure up to what I had seen them capable of on YouTube.YOU HAVE TO BREAK THE SPRINGS IN THE WAY YOU BREAK IN A BASEBALL GLOVE.Give the springs time, start out slow so you don't end up in a wheelchair before you can even jog with the Powerisers, and you'll be able to have the time of your life.Make sure you purchase the Powerisers model with the correct spring strength for your weight - if you are too heavy, the springs will "bottom out", or produce a jarring effect when jumped on, and you can get seriously hurt. If you're too light, of course, you won't bounce at all. Keep in mind that springs of different strength can be purchased separately from the correct source, so if you're still growing, or if you're using the Powerisers to help lose weight (cross-country ain't got nothin' on these), feel free to initially buy specifically for your weight, and then you can always swap out springs later.Enjoy!

Take your time, but it's worth it.
I'm taking my time to get used to these, but I'm a big, chubby 45 year-old dork and I've gone from "oh dear god I'll never be able to stand up on these" to bounce-walking 4 or 5 blocks at a time between breaks with under a week of short daily practice sessions. I don't expect to be flipping over cars any time soon, but I do feel like it will be possible to have a lot of fun and be confident on them in a few weeks.I haven't fallen yet, but I'm wholeheartedly recommending wrist/knee/elbow pads for everyone. It doesn't seem like an extra 15 inches of height is a big deal on paper, but stand on a stool and try falling on your hands (or your butt) without bending your knees. You'll see why padding, and taking your time to get comfortable on them will make a big difference ;)[...]

Unique and fun. A little dangerous though.
I bought these stilts as a fun way to go to and from college campus and my apartment. I go to school in a college town so there are always crazy things and I wanted to stand out a bit. It's really fun to hop around but I'm still getting the hang of it. It's not the easiest thing to learn and I definitely need more time to practice. The whole stilts set seems very nicely made but the straps are a little hard to use. The bottom is like snowboard bindings but the top is just a velcro strap. Maybe I'm using them wrong but they don't really hold my lower knee well but all in all it's a fun toy to have. A little expensive but definitely unique.

Wonderful
I do not usually buy things like this but WOW, these are soooo much fun, and everyone loves them. I am a pretty big guy and I can walk and jump on these with ease. My wife who is a gymnast however after only a week or maybe two was doing flips all over, These things are more fun than you think.

Careful!!
Ok this is so freakin fun to play with.....BUT it's like learning to walk again and the brace that goes around below your knees good luck on trying find the right angle it does not explain where to move them. Well worth the $$$ tho.
