Fantastic!
We have so many different uses for it, I will probably buy a second one. Gets rid of musty smells in basement and rooms that are seldom used. First thing we do when we are expecting company is to run it in the guest room(s).

Seller does NOT honor LIFETIME WARRANTY
I have purchased the previous model of this ozone generator for $145.00, a substantially higher number for essentially the same 4G machine because they offered a lifetime warrantee on the unit itself and 3 cards. When I contacted them to let them know the machine no longer emitted ozone and needed new cards, they said they discontinued the model and have no plates left "TO SELL" therefore will no longer honor their warranty. Assuming it is true they no longer have plates, as a manufacturer they can easily purchase a set even here on Amazon for $30 retail and honor their promise! I would stay away from this seller and would purchase a different unit such as the Enerzen which is a 6G unit with 100's of 5 star reviews and may be more likely to stand behind their warranty!

Works Great for Smelly Basements
The item came well packaged and had the 3 ceramic plates separately & carefully packaged. All mine were intact but you can see they are very fragile. The unit itself is a nice size and appears to have a strong fan. The UV light appears to work well killing airborn pathogens.This is a potentially dangerous unit, so once you turn on the timer, you must vacate the area. As you may know ozone is O3, an unstable isotope of oxygen, which is created by charging oxygen particles. It will not remain for a long period of time in this state and will be trying to bond (stabilize) with organic materials (hopefully mold / mildew, etc).The unit appears to be well build. The set up consists of carefully sliding the three ceramic plates in snugly - do not force them or they might break. Then attaching the grounded plug. To turn on just use the timer on switch, you should smell ozone immediately and then clear the room. They say harmful ozone can be safe after 1 hour, but I'd recommend at least 5 hours of all clear time. This is one of the more powerful units on the market.Happy deodorizing to all.
