Yes but there is a cap of 30 minutes only after which the streaming will stop and you will have to restart it again manually.

Does it take good video? How is tge quality?

The camera is about as good as any smartphone made in the last three years. I think this camera is a waste of money. Terrible low-light performance and just average outdoor performance.
