As Retired RN, I can tell you this stuff works great for preventing or mitigating upper respiratory infections. Apply it within the first hours you sense something in the back of your throat. Waiting too long results in it being ineffective. Apply immediately & use every 2 hours as directed.

Another household sickness staple for us. These help ease congestion, but also help you get better faster. It’s truly a win win. Zicam is a life saver.

This Product really helps lessen the length of my cold

I prefer Zicam nasal swabs but they were recalled by the maker for some type of swab bacteria problem. The spray adds another dimension because the spray formula helps with nasal stuffiness!

Highly recommend this brand. All of their products are great. I personally have to be careful because I am allergic to too much Zinc but the rest of my family swears by this brand to help reduce a cold.

I am really appreciating a spray instead of a swab or tablet to chew…easy and very effective. Although I always have a second bottle on hand as they may not last as long as the milder cold does
