Great product - used for mold control after Hurricane Helene. Easy to use and works exactly as advertised

No mold please
Recommended by a friend, this stuff is good: not toxic, but kills mold and mildew. Essential product for clean up after a flood.

Beware...labeled incorrectly! Not 1 gallon or 4 quarts!
I will update this review when I actually get enough product to use.As of 2/25/14 the Picture shows 1 gallon. The price is for 1 gallon. The description is:"AMERIMAX HOME PROD. 85550 MOLD CONTROL Pack of 4" so one assumes 4 quarts."CONCROBIUM" MOLD CONTROL *Gallon*Paid for 1 gallon and received 1 quart.Will update when Amazon fixes. Be careful!

Great Product, careless packaging
Great product, poor packaging. A quarter of the product was spilled out and box was drenched.

This product works!
I first used this for a green mold that was firming on our seasonal cabin walls due to dampness and lack of sun. I 1st was cleaning without this and the green mold would reappear. I came across this online, followed the instructions and it's never came back. I now bought it for my son's basement and it's truly amazing!

It works great!
First used on Hurricane Irma. Within a week of having our first floor flooded with 3 inches of water, getting into our drywall and insulation etc. using a humidity sensor,, we determined how high the moisture got and removed that drywall and insulation. Then we used the Concrobium in a fruit sprayer and sprayed all of the exposed areas. Mold had started growing on the wall studs. Within an hour, mold was gone. Awesome!

Packaging was awful
Product had leaked some in the box and the top was smashed. It had been smashed during shipping and tossed about. Just it in a box. Product is very expensive so any leaks are also expensive.

I have just started a cleaning business and I am always on the look out to try new products, I ran across an ad in a magazine (either Good Housekeeping or Better Homes and garden)for a mold control product and since I trust these mags. I decided to give it a try. Well I have not been disappointed! Even the Real Estate Offices I am working with have complemented me on using something that you don't have to air out the place after use and they have reported that the mold has not returned after a month. I am highly satisfied with this product. The only down side was the shipping cost which was as much as what I paid for the product which I think is wrong, but the product itself is very much 4 stars!!!
