This stuff is awesome! I'm so glad I bought this! We have SUPER hard water and I always have a problem running our dishwasher and not having the film that most dishwashing detergents can't get rid of. This stuff is excellent! I have perfectly clear cups, not filmy stuff (sometimes you can't always see it, but you can feel it when you touch the dishes - this takes away that grimy feeling). I'm glad I bought it. If you have hard water - you absolutely need it!

This product gets glasses, plates, cups, etc as clean as any other automatic dishwasher detergent that I have ever used. The convenience is great.

Okay, this dispenser works. You get 10 uses. Here's the problem- the refill prices are nuts on Amazon. You can buy rhe whole kit including new dispenser for much less then buying the refill only. So, don't buy refills. Buy the whole kit to save money

I sinply put a packet of detergent in the bottom of my dishwasher. No need for a dispenser at all.

My mother-in-law had purchased a 4 pack of the refills for this without realizing she needed a dispenser, and since she knew I tended to use Finish tabs in our dishwasher, she passed them to us. I'd actually never heard of these, and while I love the convenience of an automatic dispenser, I often find myself having to re-wash more stubborn food than I have to when I use more traditional dishwasher soap products.Suppose I could be less lazy and prewash or soak, but I'd rather stick to what works best for me.

I want to return it it doesn't turn automatically after a couple uses I have to take it apart and turn the soap manually

Great product to use. Just load unit with automatic finish dishwashing and off you go. Thanks Finish.

Great product- cost too high

I wish this product was still available. It takes the hassle out of dishwashing. Love it!
