As I was yelled at in the Q and A section that its a rub I used it as a rub on each individual piece of mince.

This is permanent fixture in our house
We have several angus and oink products in my house, all the time. Been using them for years. This particular one is a permanent fixture, it has so many uses, for flavouring all sorts, from fish to chicken and pizza as well as a whole host of other things. It far surpasses any shop bought Italian seasoning, as it has a complex flavour and even has notes of aniseed and garlic, its really lovely on anything you care to put it on. We love it, just a bit more than the other tubs we have. Excellent value too, we order another one, when we find ourselves running low. Really, try it!
