I bought this for my sister and her husband for their birthday. They used it once to trim their toenails and it worked fine. When they went to use it again it would not work so she wanted me to return it but now because its too late to return it for a replacement or a refund. Very unfair policy. Do not buy this its terrible product. Shame on Dreamster for not fixing this problem for me.

I like this drill. It's worth $26.99. The silver drill bits didn't work for me. I just use the sandpaper bits and the white ones they give you. I bought other cuticle bits separate. Again, it does the job for $26.99. I won't have this forever but I definitely am not mad at it what so ever.

The nail file drill machine came packaged in a sturdy box. It contains a power supply, a hand piece, a purple stand for the handpiece to sit on, a set of six tips, three bags of sand paper tubes and an instruction sheet. This manicure set is very light weight. It has five tips that can be used for nails and one tip that the small sandpaper pieces fit on. The instructions are easy to follow. You do need to read them before using the nail file drill. There are several switches and a dial that have to be used in a specific order. The tips are pushed into the handle. The fit is tight and holds the tip well. You just pull on the tip to remove it from the handle. There is a variable speed dial that goes from not turning to turning very fast. I used it at about 1/4 speed to fix the chipped off corner of my acrylic nail. It smoothed it our nicely. There are three bags of sandpaper tubes that can be used when slid onto the tip that holds the tubes. The sandpaper is very rough. I would not use it on my nails. I think that they would work well when trying to sand small interior places on wood projects.Overall, this is a nice little machine for the price. Four stars because there is a bit of a learning curve for using the drill and the sandpaper tubes are too rough to be used for manicures.

I love this set, it’s perfect. Has all the necessary parts as described in the order. Looks and operates like the one in the nail salon. The only part I didn’t like is how it was shipped, it was completely sent in the product box, no coverage at all, which does not protect privacy or ensure that someone else won’t help themselves to the product.

I would not say this is the perfect drill. It is for beginners. The drill and base feel like toys. They are very cheaply made. I literally expected it to be made of metal like the ones I usually work with. It is made of a cheap plastic. It’s hard to put the drill bits into the drill for some reason. When you turn it on the motor part sounds cheap and like if it was to drop it would no longer work. It seems like it would overheat easy and stop working soon. I had to tap it on my hand three times to get it to actually turn on and spin the drill tip. I’m very nervous about this purchase. I’m sure I will have to purchase another very soon. I guess you get what you pay for. 👉🏾👈🏾 Ugh!

1st one I bought only lasted 3 weeks... Amazon let me exchange it (very easy process) got my new one within a week. I new with doing my nails...but very easy to use I like... the machine works for me...I use it twice a week...gotta keep practicing. 8/30/2020 update the drill wand broke again! You could buy a replacement handle for $10 but just remember the drill wand handle is plastic and it will keep breaking...nice to learn on...will not order again...great machine to learn on...

Good price and does what it says it will do. Works great on natural nails and getting those pesky dry, flaky heels taken care of. Adjustable speed PLUS you can change the direction of the rotation. I can't speak to using this in a professional, that is non-stop daily use, but for one person at home, it's great.
