Was told by my doc that I needed more protein. I didn’t want the old style gritty as sand and thick/ hard to swallow like the old shakes for slim fast or other similar shakes. This shake was actually very good. Subtle vanilla flavor, had a slight diet flavor/ but that’s because it’s so low in sugar… they used a sugar substitute. I am a super picky person with my food/ drink that I was shocked I was able to drink this down.. and it kept me full and provided the extra fiber that my body needed to heal after surgery.

I love these premier protein drinks I have a lot of problem getting in enough protein in my diet, I am not a big fan of meat and I eat more vegetables then dairy or cheese. They have 30grams of protein in each 11.5 ounces with only 1 gram of sugar with 24 vitamins and minerals and do not cause any stomach distress.They are so smooth, sweet and thick it taste like I am having a special soda fountain smoothie.The best part is there is 19 different flavors which is amazing even though the chocolate is my favorite and only 160 calories per serving so this helps with watching my weight and they are Oh So Filling.I buy these using the subscription plan which definitely saves me money since I drink at least one a day.Definitely try you will love them.

This is the go-to protein drink for anyone recovering from gallbladder removal surgery. It is comparable to Ensure Max, costs the same, and it gets delivered to your door, which is a plus in my book, since lifting anything right now is a no-no until I heal from the surgery. After gallbladder removal, you are on a liquid diet for several days, and it's hard to get enough protein to help heal yourself. This comes with 1 gram of sugar, which is perfect for diabetics, and it has fiber to help the gut keep working. It can take the place of a meal, which makes it perfect for the elderly who often have little appetite, or you can use it as a snack between meals. It takes time to transition from liquid food to soft food and then to solid food in the recovery process, and this protein drink makes it easier for the patient. It is also the PERFECT take-along. It does not need refrigeration, and it is sealed so it doesn't leak, no matter how you pack it. It also comes in flavors. Try it. You will like it.

This is one of the few protein shakes that isn't filled with sugar. It tastes good and is filling as a meal replacement. The only thing I can say is that the version I get from Amazon does not include B12 and the same product from Costco does. I don't know why, they are both priced the same but that is a concern for me. Otherwise its a good product, good texture and very convenient. Literally shake and drink.

These shakes are pretty good ready to drink shakes. I can buy these packs locally at the grocery store, but amazon carries a much better selection of flavors. Some other brands are really thick and chalky, I like these because they're smooth and easy to drink.When I'm looking for a LEAN protein source, I'm generally looking for a 10:1 ratio of calories to protein content. (i.e. 10 grams of protein would need to be 100 calories or less to be a LEAN source). At 30 grams of protein and only 160 calories, this is nearly double the ratio at almost 20:1. This would be an excellent snack in between meals to help keep protein levels high to help fat loss and muscle retention while dieting.Taste is good, only 1 g of added sugar, but it doesn't need any more. Shelf stable, while it definitely tastes better refrigerated, I keep a couple of bottles in my desk to have a quick protein snack if I get hungry.

I love premier protein shakes! Never had this banana flavor and I really liked it. It's not super artificial flavored which I'm happy. Sometimes flavors can be kind of fake and this is a nice light banana flavor. I have tried many flavors of this brand and love them all. Highly recommend for 30 grams of protein. I have a very low appetite and these help get some protein as well as vitamins. I drink one every day.

I absolutely love the Premier Café Latte Protein drinks—I even have them on subscription! Each shake has 30 grams of protein, which has been a game changer for me.
