Easy to apply and begins to work almost immediately and the effects last hours rather than minutes.This is the best topical pain relief I have found and I have used it for several years now for muscle and joint pain.The only negative I have heard is that the aroma is very strong. I don't mind it at all.

Easy to use,works quickly when I've sprained my back l put on just as I'm going to bed,back much better by morning, just take care to wash hands thoroughly after application don't want to get residue in eyes.

I love this product and order it regularly.It contains cooling gel plus the anti inflammatory stuff which helps ease all my aches and pains.So much cheaper than the shops.

This looks like a bargain pack but sadly it contains half a dozen minute 30mg tubes . Ok perhaps for handbag use but too small for regular use. But more disappointing is the fact that it seems they have changed the formula. It's less effective as pain relief and rather bland in use. I will not be buying this pack again and cannot recommend its purchase.

Works like a charm. Do keep away from sensitive area as the menthol is rather strong.

Someone recommended this to me as I suffer from a lot of joint and muscle pain that I cannot take ibuprofen tablets to relieve, this is brilliant gives really good pain relief and a tingly cool feeling that also helps a lot, I will definitely continue to use
