1 Gallon Wide Mouth, Natural F-style Jug with Lid

I purchased this as a part of a compost potty I was building for my tiny house. I learned that the number one cause of smell from sewage is when urine and feces mix. I used this container to collect the urine from a urine diverted (picture 2) so that I can cap the container afterwards to dump the urine out later. I highly recommend pouring some extra water down the diverter tray that helps clean the diverter and dilute the urine. The third photo is simply a 5 gallon bucket with 8 gallon trash bag liners. I filter my own water, so these new containers are easy to fill. Sturdy product. Much stronger than reusing an old one gallon water container over and over. A little pricey and not as cheap as reusing an old gallon container, but still a good value overall. I have had the old gallon containers leak after reuse, which makes a mess. The press on caps on the old containers don't stay on if the jug is tipped over, which also makes a mess. My biggest issue with the new container is not as easy to pour handle as an old gallon water container. Better footprint for the new container in the refrigerator for having cold water on hand. I like the wide mouth of the new bottle and the screw on lid. With the wide mouth, making cucumber or lemon water is easy. The polyethylene (PE) material of the new container is a much better quality plastic for drinking water because it won't leach into the water. There is no plastic taste. I would buy again, especially if they redesign the handle.

It's exactly what's described. I use it to store hummingbird nectar with no problems.

The 1 gallon wide Mouth jug is a very good quality product. I would have liked a gasket on the lid but it does not leak when placed on it's side. I bought one for $10 dollars because I needed it. The 4 for $25 is obviously a much better value. I would buy this product again.

The F-style jug and lid more than met my expectations. I use this jug to fill water in my humidifier tank rather than carrying the bulky tank to the faucet. Very ergonomic and functional design.

I bought it for carrying water while traveling and camping as it is food grade, sturdy, and does not leave an aftertaste in stored water. It's a nice size that is easy to carry. The wide mouth also makes it easier to fill than something like a milk jug. Stores tightly because of it's rectangular shape.

I like the wide mouth design of the jug. However, every time when I pour the mixed cleaning supply out, it drips from the mouth and trickles down to the bottom of the jug and then the floor. I have to wipe every time.
