Yakari and the Stranger

This whole series is good. Each graphic novel has a message of doing the right thing without being to obvious about it. My kids loves comic books and both if them really liked this whole series.

Yakari and the Stranger is an outstanding book. From the appealing artwork to the story of a kindness repaid, The Stranger, is highly recommended.For Yakari and his animal friends, the arrival of a pelican with a cold is an auspicious start to a friendship. He snores. He eats all the food. And his friends come to visit too.Derib and Job are to be commended for their literacy friendly efforts in this easy to read book.Thanks.

album BD anglophone broché souple grand format ancien (2007/2000) traduction de l'épisode n°5 des aventures du petit indien créé par Dérib et Job: Yakari et l'étranger; dans cet épisode un pélican enrhumé vient troubler la paix des indiens et des castors au bord de la rivière; cette BD innocente et amusante plaira à tous les publics; dans cette version souple on pourra réviser son anglais agréablement car le niveau est abordable avec un dictionnaire pour certaines nuances en attendant de trouver un album rigide plus durable

This book is disappointing because is not much text so not much of a story to read. It's mainly just pictures
