how soon do I have to plant my crocus after I receive them and should I refridgerate them until I do plant?

Detailed instructions come with the bulbs. The main points were: plant when nightitme temps run 40 - 50 degrees and ground is cool; can be refrigerated for several weeks. So I refrigerated about 2 weeks and just now planted them.

Can i plant these in a planter inside, or outside only? i live in florida and its march, should i wait to even plant them?

Crocus should be planted in the fall when the ground has cooled. They need to winter over. Florida may not be a good place for these particular bulbs. Check your growing zone.

They're a spring only flower try and wait till then and see uf they sprout.

Is it too late to buy? If plant now (spring 2022), will it bloom in spring 2023?

Always hard to say. However, these are very hardy pants. Getting them into the ground or a pot is always good. Ideally, they will sprout some foliage, replenish the bulb, and be ready for next spring!
