256 Multi-Purpose Concentrated Disinfectant, Detergent, and Deodorant

Had almost no odor, lemon or otherwise, and that's a good thing as far as I'm concerned. Disinfectants (I did buy test strips to ensure that I was at least at 400 ppm as required by government guidelines, and the strips are easy and cheap) to see if the recommended dilution rate was too good to be true. It's not. It really does as advertised and the price for a product with this level of disinfection, among its many other benefits is incredible. I've been trying to find a product I liked as much as Steri-fab without the high price per gallon. Not an easy thing to do as I love Steri-fab, and actually have had several conversations with people at that company when I went looking for a product to use in my bird houses that was effective, but safe to bring them back in within a few hours. They were so helpful I feel disloyal. That said, it came down to the almighty dollar. At around $40 or more per gallon, it is just too costly.. So the search was on for a product that could handle the same chores for less money, and here it is. I found several products that fit the QUAT government guidelines. The smell of bleach or other chemicals did neither my lungs or my pounding head any favors. The smell alone on some of them could strip paint. There's an irony in farming organically, and treating every animal we raise with care and compassion, only to have a cleaner come thru and make the entire farm feel like a super fund site. This gets the job done, without making me feel like I'm melting lung tissue, or trading years of my life in the pursuit of cleanliness. Good for me, good for my animals. Must have for anyone with a litter of puppies or lots of dogs in the house. The scent is a very nice fresh smell but the main thing is.it kills all kinds of viruses and germs....we got it because we had a litter of puppies and used it in the house on all the floors and outside. We had no cases of Parvo. You need such a small amount for each application it lasts a very very long time.

I have an intact male and have been using this product for over five years. I have used it both straight, diluted in a hose sprayer, and diluted I. a small squirt bottle And have found that it disinfects and deodorizes. We have many family gatherings and parties in the patio and using this product give us the confidence that there is no Urine/doggie smell. I would recommend this to anyone! Great product!

I absolutely love this product for disinfection of my facility but it is always, ALWAYS backordered, out of stock, or otherwise unavailable. I have been using it for like 10 years and it is unavailable like 50% of the time I go to order it. It does an AMAZING job of disinfection and odor control but it is just hit or miss if I'm going to be able to order it or not. Just a real shame!!

I've tried numerous other brands on my artificial turf / over concrete kennel. Most of the perfume based ones barely last a day. This product has staying power.

We use Rocal in our service dogs kennel and training room. Knowing our areas are clean to keep our dogs healthy is one of our top priorities and Rocal helps to keep up the top standards we have for our facility. The smell is not overwhelming but pleasant.

We use this to clean our rocks in our yard it works to get that urine smell out of well used areas. Also helps me keep UTI away for my female dog. Lets hope it keeps working.

This is the best cleaner on the market for animal waste, not even bleach can beat this stuff! A little goes a long way. After 4 months of constant use cleaning up after 5 puppies and kennels, I still have a little under half a bottle left.
