The Ortho Problem Solver 7th Edition

I have not begun to use the book as much as I could. It has great photographs and descriptions of many plant diseases, specific to certain plants. It is written by various professional contributors across the country so it is fairly diverse. As far as "cures" for the problems, it does specifically recommend ortho products, but if the problem cannot be helped chemically, it is well stated as such. It is the most comprehensive illustrated book on the market. The book gives basic information on the disease process, and prevention recommendations, but if you really want the science you have to get a plant pathology textbook. It is on the pricey side, but there is no other comparable book in detail and scope.

Once again Ortho has produced an invaluable reference book for the serious or amateuer gardener. This book has so much crucial information in it that can help anyone turn a black thumb into a green one. I would not be without it!

Expensive but well worth it if you run a garden store.

I found this to be a must have reference book for gardeners who want to know what they have and how they can control it. Great addition to personal library.

I purchased this book to use at work, such a great tool to reference to all the time.It is organized very well, easy to use. Only one drawback, the solutions are all Orthochemicals which aren't available in Canada. Valuable tool none the less, I'm happy withmy purchase.
