I have been using this MCT for a couple of years and think--although I am not absolutely certain--that it has a beneficial effect and my brain and my A1C. A year ago, I got disciplined about taking two tablespoons a day and subsequently had the best A1C report in years. I suspected a strong link between the oil and the improvement but became undisciplined in what forbidden sugar-filled products I started consuming without restraint.
