Fox Run Brands Marble Pastry and Pizza Roller

This makes rolling dough a lot smoother and faster. The marble doesn't seem to stick to the dough as quickly as a wooden roller. It is a little heavier in the hand vs the wooden ones.

The grommets on the large roller came out and the marble chipped the first time I used it. Unfortunately we had guests over for a pizza party and marble chips got in their pizza crust. Bummer!

I was disappointed in this item because even though I have washed it several times, small black residue appears on my dough when I use it. I can only assume it is lubricant or metal shavings from the roller.

great little gadget to have around! makes pressing cookie bars into a pan easy! i make peanut butter protein bars and they were hard to press evenly into the pan until i got this device.

This should be taken off the market. I spent a few hours making pizza dough and as soon as i start rolling it, I notice black stuff in it. See attached picture.

Works as described, no breakdown of product like the wood ones. The marble is durable and washable. A good product for the price.

Can't wait to make pizza.

Just got home from a very busy day of rolling out sixty five sixteen oz dough balls on a beautiful fall afternoon. Our fox run brand rollers performedperfectly on less than perfect dough. Some of the balls were a little frozen in a few places and others were a little warm from being a few minutes in the sun.In every case the weight and rounded edges made the job easy and all our pizza came out great These rollers are a home run and a lot easier to use than the wooden ones.I hope they can handle the rigors of our food truck.Ted Lafleur CANUCK PIZZA TRUCK
