The Black Paper Journal | College Ruled: 8.5x11 Black Paper Notebook (Black Journals)

I love the colour of the notebook pages, and they work well with G2 Pastel ink or any other light gel pen. The cover, however, has already started to separate from the spine at the bottom of the notebook. I'll probably just tape it together for the meantime, but it was a little sad to see when I opened it up

The pages are dark gray, not black, the printer lines are inconsistent on almost every page. However for what I'm using this for, it suits.

i love this journal, it makes me feel like my writing is a lot better with the black pages and writing seems so much more out together then it would with normal white paper

I have low vision, so I bought this notebook because I have a hard time seeing lines on white paper. This paper isn’t black, though, and is just as hard for me to see. It’s still white paper, but the black is printed on. It’s washed out and grey and has a lot of inconsistent printer lines. I haven’t found a notebook with actual black paper besides sketch pads so far. But this notebook definitely does not work for me.

I ordered this thinking it was black paper but it’s not. It’s white paper printed black. And it’s not even black it’s more of a charcoal gray. There’s also some pages with printing errors where there’s white vertical lines running down the pages. The paper also absorbs a lot of the colored ink making it look dimmer. Which also makes it a little harder to read. I’ll still journal in it but it’ll definitely not look as cool as it could have been if it was solid black paper. I would just recommend buying the Canson XL stetchbook with black pages. It doesn’t have lines but it’s very black and the papers aren’t too thick. I wish I would have purchased that one instead.

Pages are more like a dark grey and streaked through with lighter vertical lines, like the printer was running out of ink.

Not a hard cover but the papers are truly black with white lines. I haven't written anything in it yet so I can't state if any ink will show. Not a lot inside so I won't be using it would often.

I like everything about this journal. Is exactly what I wanted.
