I purchased three of these and just wasted my money. I purchased three. When they arrived, I mistakenly waited for well over two months before opening because I was moving. When I finally unpacked them to start using, I setup all three at once. The first one, I added the soap supplied by the manufacturer, added fresh batteries, turned it on, and nothing. It did not work. After about 30 minutes of fiddling, checking connections, trying everything to get it to work, I gave up and threw it in the garbage. Since it was so long, I chalked it up as “my bad” and did not try to get my money back.I was not able to easily get the supplied soap out so it went in the trash with the dispenser. I then added another soap I had at home to the second one, added batteries, turned it on, tried it, and it worked. Awesome. I set it in one of the guest bathrooms and left to set-up the third. I repeated setup, for the third. When I tried it, I could hear it working but it never dispensed any soap. I fiddled for awhile trying to get it to work and found no obvious signs of a defect preventing it from dispensing. I cleaned the dispenser completely thinking maybe the soap was too thick. I added a thinner soap with the same results. I tried a third time using the same soap as the second one that was working. Same result. Frustrated, I then threw that one away. Twin in the trash, one working.I went back to the second one. Soap was everywhere. It leaked from the dispenser all over the counter. Ugh! Not wanting to throw away the third, I ordered the “recommended” soap. When it arrived, I added it and finally it worked, no leaking. So one for the price of three.Two week later after a handful of uses, I overheard a noise coming from the bathroom, walked in and found it running non-stop with soap everywhere. I thought maybe it was caused by a small punt of buildup on the dispenser nozzle. I cleaned it off as well as the sensor but it still ran constantly. Even turning it off and back on did not fix the problem. Same result.I then threw the third piece of garbage away. Zero for the price of three, a bunch of soap and a load of time cleaning and trying to fix. What a ripoff. Three for three, garbage.

I really like my new soap dispenser. I had a bit of trouble getting the dispenser started but all it needed was for me to wiggle the rubber part where the soap comes out. My toddler thought it was so cool and is constantly washing his hands just do he can use the dispenser lol

Ok so out of all the versions this is the best I’ve found so far! I give it under 5 stars for functionality as follows:Uber sensitive: doesn’t dispense with any consistencySeems to be congested yet it’s notPros: none like it to date I’ve found, technology still isn’t there yet so this is best of the worst lolI love not touching with dirty hands my dispenser but gets frustrating as it’s sensitiveIt’s beautiful!! Looks like wood! It’s a gorgeous design!I would buy again and would recommend with the understanding this technology just isn’t there yet but it’s soooo much better than a pump dispenser And this one is the Cadillac of them all that I could find!

I love the look of this in our spa type bathroom. HOWEVER, it leaks. The liquid soap somehow seeps out the bottom. I'm not sure how since the soap goes in at the top. I'd return it, but no longer have the box. when I set it up it looked great! It was a few weeks later I noticed the leak. At first I thought the soap may have come from the spout. I cleaned it up, only to find soap com in my out the bottom again a few days later.

The light goes on but nobody's home. The motion sensor turns on a nice blue color when you wave your hand.....every time.....and after 12 or 15 times of doing that, you might get a tiny drop of soap.....or not. It looks really nice but returned it for obvious reasons.

Update....For no reason, the dispenser has stopped working. The blue light comes on, but soap is not come out. :( So disappointed. I’ve tried changing batteries. I’ve had this less than 5 months. This dispenser is functional, sleek, and works perfectly. I am so glad that I purchased it. I have purchased multiple other motion-detector soap dispensers in the past that stopped working. I am hoping this is the one that keeps working.

I loved the product. I am picky but this had the look, the price, and the job. Unfortunately, about 2 months ago, it began to leak. One day, I came home to soap all over my bathroom floor. It was such a pain to clean up. I loved this product at first but not sure what happened.

Dispenser worked great for 2 1/2 months. Afterward, it began leaking from the bottom where the base is actually attached to the unit it’s self. It is now useless, as soap leaks out. Too much money to spend for 2 1/2 months use.
