My friend and I got the highest grade in our evidence class. I believe it had to do with us using this book to study.

The book is a lifesaver BUT I have noticed it cites the wrong evidence rules throughout its Checklists.For example, Table 4-1 has an Impeachment Checklist. It discusses using reputation evidence to impeach a Witness' truthfulness. It incorrectly cites FRE 609(a) which discusses impeachment by criminal convictions. The correct citation should be to FRE 608(a).I've noticed this again in their Hearsay Exemptions and Exceptions Checklist.
