Mod Podge! As fun to use as it is to say!
Great stuff! Works exactly as it should. If you want to seal foam or create a barrier, this is the stuff you need. I bought a jar of both the regular gloss and the matte. If you’re a crafter, you should have some of this on hand. It doesn’t smell, it’s slightly viscous and easy to use.
