Q: Can apply this stain in brand new patio concrete? Or better to wait for complete concrete curing (30 days)?e

Wait for 30 days. Concrete that is in the curing phase can give unpredictable color reactions due to the moisture content migrating out of the slab.

Q: Since it is an acid, do you have to apply some to neutralize it before applying sealer?

Neutralization After the full stain reaction has occurred neutralize the concrete by scrubbing the surface with Active Elements - Neutralize (8oz in 5 gallons water). A stiff bristle brush or broom should be used to scrub in the neutralizing solution. Use a wet vacuum to collect residue and waste water. Dispose in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Residue Removal • Interior floors - Required minimum residue removal method is scrubbing using a floor machine (buffer) with a nylon bristle brush or white pad. Use a wet vacuum to collect residue and waste water. Dispose in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. • Exterior surfaces - Required minimum residue removal method is pressure washing. Use a wet vacuum to collect residue and waste water. Dispose in accordance with local, state, and federal regulations. Caution - Residue runoff can stain and discolor unprotected concrete, buildings and landscape features. It may also cross contaminate previously applied colors.

Q: What can I reduce it with? or should I?

If you are staining exterior broom finished concrete dilute with water. If you are staining a hard trowel finish interior floor it is advised to use "Dilute - Acid Stain Color Reducer" made by UBQInd

Q: With this product do i still need to acid etch our basement floor before applying your product? Thank you.

If the floor is very smooth and/or shiny, the floor will need to be sanded or acid etched to open up the pours of the concrete. You can do a test patch (in mechanical room or closet) to see if the stain will take.
