I purchased 3 of these as Christmas Gifts for family and friends.My dad had seen these on TV and was always complaining about scratchesand food burning in the pans he had. When I ordered one for him,I decided to give a few of them as gifts..My sister right away tried to fry and egg in hers without butter or oil, likethey did in the commercial. The egg stuck, and burnt. After a search onlineI saw someone refer to the instructions which state not to cook food at highheat, to cook food at medium heat. She had better success on her second attempt.My friend who just got her pan today cooked turkey burgers in her pan, she said sheburnt her burgers as well, but also commented "but it came right off". She said shecooked some more and they came out good.All 3 people have burnt food in their pans, but all 3 said the pan was very easy to clean,they just wiped it with a wet rag or paper towel.The one my dad uses, shows no wear at all, and hes been using it daily for 2 weeks.So my conclusion here, is that maybe these pans transfer the heat better than the pansthey have been using and the food is cooking faster. I warned my friend as soon as I gaveit to her, not to cook on high, and she still burnt the burgers.Also the claim that they are easy to clean holds up, because everyone has commented aboutthat, because they all burnt food.. which is kind of funny. But this also a reason I bought themthese pans in the first place, 1 was constantly complained about food sticking to their old pan,and blaming it on everyone else scratching the pans, the other person was burning food frequentlyprobably from distractions and not watching the food closely.So far these have been a good purchase for this people. Time will tell how these pans hold up.

This granitestone frying pans is wonderful. The non stick surface is great for cooking eggs without the added calories of butter. The depth is perfect. It is easy to clean. I have now ordered a larger one, too.

I bought this skillet because I have used them before and was very happy. I ordered a 10" which came first, and also a 8" which I got about a week later. When I received the 10" skillet I was disappointed in the handle. It was flat and not easy to hold on to. It kind of cut into your hand. My other skillet had a rounded handle. Very comfortable. I just figured they changed the design. Then I received the 8" skillet and the handle is rounded on it. Why? Nothing in the description says it's a flat handle, but looking back the image does look flat. So I will keep it. But I would much prefer the rounded, more comfortable handle. And because of this I probably won't order this again. That's why I only gave it 3 stars. However the cooking surface is very nice.

I use this skillet every morning for my mushroom or spinach omelets. Its a convenient size, food does not stick, does not get scratched and cleans up easily. Oven-safe too. Highly recommend.

I love this brand. I’ve tried others that didn’t work so well. When you’re finished cooking, swish a little water around in the pan while it’s still hot and everything will easily wipe out nice and clean. I don’t use metal utensils though.

Bought this to replace one I had (someone took it). Great frying pan,easy clean up. The only difference is the handle is thinner and flimsier than my original one. Still worth the price.

Tiene buen ver, se siente resistente el material, buen tamaño para lo que es, guisar un huevo, calentar poca comida, me gustó mucho.

Años buscando un buen sartén en donde hacer unos huevitos estrellados sin que se pegara, fácil de voltear y con buen cocimiento, ahora que tengo este sartén disfruto mucho mi desayuno !!

This is a good pan for small sunny side eggs. It is easy to clean and really good.

Hasta el momento no se pega y funciona de maravilla, solo tengo una semana de uso. El reto es que dure como dice. Pero super bien hecho buen calidad y excelente precio.
