Got watch with broken strap and apart of 2 way calling all other features like geo fencing, watch removal alert, gps real time tracking are not working as expected. Also it is just good for making a call and receive call as other features like gps(not accurate), watch removal alert, live notification on mobile is not working.

The product does not decipher accurate location. The location accuracy needs to improve. the calling faeature is a boon as you can call in case of requirements . Note the calls are like only from 2 numbers and the incoming and outgoing. Will be only to thar so no unwanted calls. Safe for kids. Batttery back up can be improved by selecting location broadcast to 10 minutes but that is of only for few add in hours. The wrist style is suitable for kids only so don’t think it can help any elders. This is a 2G phone so remember To have aim with 2G data services only.

Hi Guys, This is one of great product I can say. Used it for more than 6 months now. Accuracy is very good in GPS mode and Ok in LBS ie. GPRS mode. The more than that customer support is fantastic. I had some issue with the speaker of the watch. They resolved it free of charge and gave a very good customer support. You can contact them with whatsapp as well and they keep you updated and also respond promptly. The only drawback with the mobile is its battery backup which is just a day in GPS mode, I feel that should be improved otherwise product is good.

The product was well packed. The installation manual was very easy to follow. When contacted thro whatssapp customer service, they were quick in responding and registered the warranty. There were initial glitches esp GPS tracking failed to initiate and our map was not getting loaded. But the whatsapp customer service team helped in loading the map and the GPS tracking got initiated. We are very happy about the way the customer service team helped. The watch is working well now with near approximate GPS tracking.

I should say buying se tracker has been my best experience 🙏 You guys really care. Have got repairs done 2 times and your support is beyond even bigger smartwatch companies. Even though I didn't ask, you fixed even the case issue. That is service. Full bang for the buck!. With this watch, our child is never away. Update after 2 years: 4 repairs in 2 years, only once under warranty. Paid 1500 in repairs, hassle of sending and getting the watch every few months, tracking is below average accuracy. Final straw is no warranty on repair parts. Can't pay 750 every 5 months on battery change when new age color watches are selling for 1-2k. Retiring the watch. Sad the company does not stand behind their repairs.

The user manual is not intact. Faded display. No app asks for QR code for registration, no QR code seen anywhere. No whatsapp service contact seen. The money and time spent on this device is utter waste. Dont buy this junk and get fooled. Signing off completely dissatisfied.

The clasp to hold SIM card and the board to support SIM card is damaged. The watch is not charging or switching on either. Just opened the box but return window is closed.

Great watch. Really useful for children as they can call parents/ relatives and vice-versa. The GPS tracker in the watch is pretty accurate. One of the best things is that it filters the calls based on the numbers in the phone book. The delivery was very prompt by the seller IFIHomes. We got it within 1 day of placing the order. Big Thanks to Mr Rohit Khosla for helping us do the initial setup.
