Dead Laptop
The laptop I recieved is an I7 originally as per the label I found on the laptop .. they custom upgrade it to i9 .. I received the laptop 2 weeks ago , the laptop is now dead it crashed all of the sudden and is not starting, no power what's so ever which means it's a sever hardware problem

Hidevolution is awful
Worst computer I’ve ever bought. Doesn’t work after a few months. The worst part is Hidevolution is probably the least helpful company I’ve ever interacted with. Worst customer service and support. Would highly recommend going elsewhere to buy.

Love machine. Takes some time to work kinks oit
This is my first Alienware laptop and boy I am impressed. This thing has eaten up everything I have thrown at it. I am only limited by internet speeds. HIDevolution did a good job of modifying my order and giving me 64GB ram and windows pro installation. I am completely satisfied. Now, looking for a game to push this super system. I am really pleased with. I have future proofed my computers systems. :-) Well, at least for a good 5 years.Update Feb 28. So I loaded NBA 2k20 and my video card vanished. Come to find out this is a common problem. Had to go to device manager and update my system devices and everything is working great now. Surprised this happened on this computer. Just a common occurrence. Machine is beast. Now, see if I can game now.3/8/2020... definitely an amazing machine. Love it and playing games no problem. I would buy another system from HIDevolution. Very happy with my purchase.

My 3-Week-Old 51m Caught Fire
I will update this review as the situation progresses. Up until yesterday, the laptop had been performing very well. Yesterday, I played Overwatch on Low graphics settings for ~30 minutes when there was a sudden orange glow coming from the upper left vent. Smoke and a strong burning smell soon followed and the laptop shut off. This happened within a few seconds. The laptop will not power up anymore.This was purchased for me as a gift but the specs are i7-9700k CPU, RTX 2080 GPU, 32GB RAM, 128GB SSD + 1TB SSHD.Don't know if this is a Dell issue, an nVidia issue, or an HIDEvolution issue, but it's important prospective buyers are aware of this. I was not overclocking anything or even doing anything CPU/GPU intensive. This is a legitimate safety concern, and I'm lucky I was not burned or my property damaged. I still can't believe anyone would sell a laptop that's this level of defective.

HIDevolution was fast and got my order right!
First off, I did not order my laptop thru Amazon. I almost did, but I had "just enough" changes to make it a hassle. So I called them. The sales tech (Ted, I think) was great and really helped to make sure my Area 51-M order was recorded correctly. I also had a short lead time because I was leaving on travel in a few days and really wanted to be able to bring my new laptop with me. The i9 laptops weren't yet available, so I had HIDEvoloution upgrade an i7 model with an i9 9900 CPU, an RTX 2080 GPU, add RAM to bring it up to 32 GB, and just give me the most basic SSHD drive available. When I got the laptop, I put my own SSDs in it, transferred the OS, and was off to the races. All in plenty of time for my flight. Well done HID, and I love the white exterior, which is actually more of a very very VERY light grey. Nice! I would definitely order again from HIDevolution. Now all that's left is for me to finish installing all my software and see if I can get an Intel "Core i9" sticker for it to replace the factory i7 sticker!

Don’t buy this, order from dell
They upgraded this product themself so when this laptop is dead you won’t be able to get the same spec back from dell.

This laptop has some issues .
I would like to say the product has some problems. But the shipping is so fast and the Zoltan is a very very nice person. He helps me to Figure out what the problem with the wifi although the wifi problem is still not solved. That's why I give 4 stars.

Strongly recommend to HIDevolution. Shipping is fast. Laptop is great. Price is competitive. Much much better than buying from Dell website
