The TouchPoint Solution - Wearable Stress Relief Device TouchPoints Original App Controlled Biofeedback Wristband (Adjustable, Stainless Steel)

SCAM! I ordered these to help with my anxiety. They arrived and "worked" for one charge. I say "worked" because the buzzing actually occurred but they did not help my anxiety and in fact mad it worse. I figured I'd give it another try, however I could not get them to charge again.I contacted customer support and they replaced them. The new ones charged better (still not great) however each time I tried to use them my anxiety was escalated.Again I contacted support. Each time from here on out they suggested a different way I try to use them. I tried all of these ways and each time it sill made me feel worse. I got to the point where i really just wanted to return them. However customer support said "there was nothing they could do as it was past the number of days returns are allowed" The only reason it was past this date was because they kept pushing off trying to get me to use the product differently. If they had simply refunded my money when i initially asked to return the product it would have been a non issue!Seriously don't waste your money on a product that will not work and in my case made things worse...And on top of that a customer service that is awful.

I was excited to try this product but I was concerned with the price but figured I would try it anyways. I have anxiety daily and have trouble staying asleep so I thought this would be a great alternative since I refuse to take any type of medications/prescription pills. I paid about $250 for the device and also purchased the clothing clips separately just in case I wanted to wear them other than my wrists. At first, I thought the presentation was great when I opened the package but then realized there were no instructions to put together the wrist band with the device. My boyfriend and I had to youtube to get some help on instructions. I thought the device themselves were pretty cheesy but this was even before I turned them on and downloaded the app. We struggled with the tiny little pin but eventually got the wristbands together. I tried it first, I did the challenge on the app and started them up. Umm I was more annoyed at how loud the buzzing was then anything. It did't even matter what setting it was on, it still buzzed pretty loud. Nothing relaxing about it. I attempted to use them at night and the noise drove my boyfriend nuts. Plus, I thought it was super strange that there is no timer. You either have to shut them off or wait until the battery dies. That makes no sense. BUT, I gave it another try at work and my co-worker was asking me what the heck is that buzzing noise, lol. Needless to say, I returned the device. I contacted customer service, asked to return the clips I purchased separately. I explained they were unused, in the original packaging and they said it was against their return policy. Well cool, another thing to write in a review. Thanks! BTW: 5 friends were waiting for my review as they all didn't want to waste the money on another worthless product and that is exactly what this is! Don't bother wasting your hard earned money!

I use TouchPoints for PTSD and it is really wonderful to have an alternative to taking medication at times.These can be life changing, as long as they are working properly. There have been a lot of issues with them but I think with the new model and new charger they may finally have gotten it right (fingers crossed!) With this combination there have been no issues thus far. I will say that the customer service team at the TouchPoint Solution has been wonderful about troubleshooting and issuing replacements, when necessary; while I wish I didn’t have to deal with that, they have been very helpful.(As an aside, the new carrying bag for these TouchPoints is great- I much prefer it to the older “velour-style” one!)
