Bionic Body Tri-Grip Single Handle with Carabiner Clip Workout Resistance Tube Accessory BBTG-005, 2.50 x 7.00 x 8.00 inches

I have a fairly large home gym with machines, bars, plates, landmines and various resistance bands. I'm able to use this handle as a variation for several different exercises targeting bi's, tri's, traps and delts. It's solid and reasonably priced. Recommended.

I've used these for pull-ups and dips, as well as for handles for improvized weights (e.g. sand bags). One of them can support my body weight (165 lb / 75 kg). They are comfortable and sturdy; hopefully they last a good amount of time. The metal rings are very thick and pose no concern - same for the carabiners, though their clip edges are VERY sharp - they obviously didn't put a radius on the edges after they were milled, so I'm hesitant to use them around fabrics or webbing. The webbing connecting the handle to the ring seems well constructed/stitched, and hasn't been a source of concern for me, so far.

So I bought two of these. When they arrived, clearly they are good quality and worth the price. Very durable. I ended up getting two to connect to a 40-pound resistant band, and they work perfectly. I disliked the normal, small quality grips and wanted something good for my wrist. would highly recommend.

Alright so my right arm is weird. If I do a tricep pull down with the short straight bar, my right forearm hurts. If I try to do it with the V bar, my right forearm hurts. I can only do it with the rope. I went to a gym at a resort and I found this triangle thing and tried it out and I was able to do the tricep pull down without pain. So I decided to look through the internet to find it and it took me hours. This triangle thing does not come up as a “tricep attachment” or “triangle attachment” or anything. I looked through pages of Google and Amazon and even Aliexpress and only found the generic attachments. Finally, this “tri handle” showed up in Google images which led to the Amazon listing. They really should write “tricep” somewhere in the title. Anyway, this triangle is very different from the metal V attachment you commonly see. The metal V has a flatter slope, which causes pain to my right forearm. The triangle handle has a steeper slope so it doesn’t cause me pain. It’s a great product. I subtracted a star for two reasons: 1. It’s overpriced. I can see from the comments that just two years ago this thing was under $10 each. And 2. It is made of plastic and the strap is nylon so it will break or snap over time. The metal V tricep bar would last a person a life time. This triangle attachment will have a limited lifespan. I would optimally want them to make this with a metal core, then put the plastic over it with the good grip (what it is like already) and then make the part that attaches into metal too. Then it would be a high quality product. Instead, I bought some extras in case mine snaps. It’s too bad this triangle handle is the only one of its kind that I found.

I now have (3) three sets of these Bionic Body Tri-Grip handle attachments. They are strong & durable. I use them on a Hi-Low crossover cable unit & recently replaced them as handles on an overhead Lat pulldown unit & seated cable row. Super comfortable in size (wrap around grip circumference) is ideal for smaller trainees hands. Great quality handles.

I like these,versatile good to use on a variety of exercises.

unfortunately it was the wrong item for met. however it is well made for its use.

I have the Bionic Body Bar, which I am very happy with. I decided to try the Tri-Grip handle. Great product so far. Well made and at a great price. If you use resistance bands you will use this handle. Easy to attach and can be used with two or one handed exercises. If you are using multiple bands there is room to attach multiple bands. The band has a non slip coating which gives you strong grip. Nice addition to my home gym.

We have a set of exercise bands which have okay handles. These turn the workout into a gym experience. Much sturdier, they allow for a greater range of motion and corresponding increase of muscle workout and strength. Highly recommend.
